All appointments require a credit/debit card upon booking. Please keep in mind that there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Appointments may be rescheduled. Cancellations and no-show appointments will not be refunded.

Our testing center is owned and operated by a Physician. 

Our offices can only accommodate patients who require testing for travel purposes. We cannot test patients who are sick. If you are sick, DO NOT COME.
